:thumbup:Thanks for the kind words . Last fill got me down but i am doing better. Got the fill on thurs. Came down with strep throat on saturday which then turned to scarlet fever.just strep with a very itchy rash..got better but was very tight for awhile now i seem better. Take care keep up the good work -

yes I got that choking feeling yesterday ....it is so uncomfortable...for me it is either eting too fast or my band letting me know it does like what i am eating....after this last fill......all pouultry except ground turkey no longer agrees with me..i miss chicken. good luck -

hi all on hairloss I too had a bit of thinning but now that my body has adjusted to the diet it is coming back ....My nutrition said it is normal and usually by 6-8 months after the surgery it starts coming back. I do have extremely thick hair to start but it was very noticeable. MY cousin my hairdresser noticed it before I did. I never took BIOTIN but it is coming back.......good luck -
sorry to hear that. I went to the club with my friends Sunday and i got turkey with gravy and cranberry thought it was wet enough. nope had to go outside on the terrace and pb into a cup...my only saving grace was it was raining nd terrace was empty...live and learn. e1 keep up the good work

Happy new year all back from traveling was away from home 12days went for my second fill yesterday..........liquids yesterday soft foods today then reg. Food by wed. Hope this reduces my appetite last night with liquids i was starving.......does the fill take awhile??? Banded on oct1st 2008 as of yesterday 37lbs down.........a million to go....lol hope e1 had nice holidays

Hi all Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for what to bring on vacation? this will be my 1st vacation since being banded on Oct. 1st. I will be going outside of the US or I wouldn't be so concerned. taking some protein shakes and bars .any other suggestions would be appreciated. hope everyone has a wonderful Holiday thanks -
I am going on my 1st vacation since being banded on October 1st. We are going to an island and not sure if we will have a refrigerator but I think I will be able to request a small one. Does anyone have suggestions on what to bring? I am planning on bringing some protein shakes and protein bars.some nuts and dried fruit. If anyone has any suggestions of any kind I would appreciate the help. Thanks

Hi all Glad to hear everyone is doing well. I am going for my first fill on Tuesday and I was wondering about it. Sounds like it will not be too painful though I do not like the dentist. If anyone has any other info about fills please let me know. Thanks.
