No no, the salad is enough to where I can scoup out and put in tiny bowl and eat off it twice for two or three days. On day three I go get another salad and do the same thing. My stomach still gets full quick.

I made a post about being on semaglutide shots. There aren't working as I weighed at the weight doc's. and I gained 4 pounds since last month. I don't know what to do. But I will be honest. I have eaten nothing but a crispy chicken salad from the Publix which last me for 3 days since I still the restriction with the shots and surgery. I am over year out from surgery. My salad had peppers, cucumber, cheese and tenders with ranch. Only sugar drink I drink is sweet tea no sodas. What am I doing wrong? What should be eating. Dietician aren't helping.

My surgeon is allowing me to go to the specialist and get the needles for shots. Is this a good or bad thing. How long can you take them.

I got on my scale 2 weeks I was 315 now this week I am 322. Massive gain in that short time. Everyone says I eat like a chicken but chicken don't gain that much weight.

I am sorry to hear about the top part. As far as your question, I am gaining weight so fast, I am back on my liquid diet. My surgery was only a year ago. It has been hard to lose weight despite not eating much and changing diet.

I am so sorry your dealing with this. Mine is 8 months out and I am only down to 315 after being 358 day of surgery. My weight is still up an down even with new diet and taking magnesium citrate.

The spitting is probably from the anesthesia or the breathing tube they had in your throat. That happen to me.

I was only offered the sleeve as it was said I only needed the sleeve and that the others were not necessary. I just had my follow up and they changed my diet because they said I should not still be in the 300s. I should have lost another 20 lbs by now. So now I am on no carbs period and only water, healthy meats and protein shakes for protein since I don't really eat breakfast. Nothing sweet.

I was, bog down by work ND endless projects now.
