Hey Everyone! I am new to posting on this board, but have been lurking for quite a while. All I have to say is that y'all are awesome! I know that I am a little late joining the August c25k, but better late than never. I just started week 1 day 1 yesterday. It wasn't too bad. I kinda surprised myself. :thumbup: I know that I can reach the goal of running a 5K with all of your support. I look forward to getting to know all of you!
