Hi! Your progress is wonderful. Besides a multi-vitamin patch by Patch Aid i am using their biotin plus patch. I’m just about 8 weeks out from the sleeve and my hair is getting longer and trust me I am not eating nearly enough protein. The biotin plus patch seems to be really working.
