Hi everyone!  I am working on getting my clearances so that I can have surgery on August 11, 2023.  I am hoping I can get myself back to a place where I felt more like me.  I loved mountain biking, martial arts, hiking and I just haven't been able to do any of those things in years.  Of course, no one's story is a straight line.  Lot's of things happened that made me lose touch with myself and wander off into this foreign land.  But I'm ready to take care of myself.  To grow and achieve and enjoy my life.  Thank you for welcoming me here!
