I’m having a super hard time continuing to drink these protein shakes, I’m sick of them. I cheated by chewing a fry and telling myself I’m going to spit it out which I did but very little went down. now I’m freaking out!! Anyone effed up like I did smh?

@Jeanniebug I definitely won’t be doing it anymore, it’s scary when some goes down accidentally or you don’t spit it out in time. @CarolineLittle yes yes you’re absolutely right, we have to stay strong but it’s so hard. I’m definitely not doing that again, my stomach did hurt a little but nothing more than that. thank you all for your words of encouragement this site is pretty cool, I hope everyone that has had Bariatric surgery comes across It.

@Arabesque I will definitely try to dilute it and see if that makes a difference for me.

@mcipanda I Did get Greek yogurt so might have to start trying some new things but just so focused on getting at least one shakes down and it’s so challenging. Thank you.
