I know the feeling! I gain some times too. What I do if I feel like I'm getting out of control I go on liquids for a couple of day to get the band back in order. It's a constant struggle but I'm here to help you let me know if I can!

Thanks BabyDiva. It has truly been been an up and down road but I would do it again if I had to. I'm truly greatful for my band and it hhas really worked for me. If I never lose another pound I would be fine because I feel wonderful and my health problems have cleared up. I wish you the best on ur journey as well.
