I am down a total of 7 pounds this is a lot harder than I thought it would be. -
Congrats I know u are happy your banded see the pain is probably pretty much gone now. I'm doing good I reached my 50 pound mark today I am so excited if someone told me before I could lose 50 pounds in 4 months I never would of believed them. I am so greatful to my band.

I have lost 5 pounds so far it's hard to get this weight off I keep getting stuck but I can't complain it's coming off slowly that's all that matters. -
It's natural to be scared I think I was more excited than anything to be scared. All I can say is follow the doctors directions to the T. don't listen to everything everyone tells u because everyone has different experiences. The paine wasn't that bad for me it only lasted a couple days for me then I had gas pain in my shoulders. Just hit me up anytime u have questions I will help in anyway I can.

I have the realize band too and I have had two fills and I felt felt the saline go in both times and my doctor said It is possible you could feel it. My friend also has the lapband and she said she feels it when she gets a fill. -

I was banded 12/22/08 with the realize band and I had the same thing happen to me. So I think it may be a side effect, but it went away after a few days. -

Hey, I'm glad your doing good. I'm doing good to I had surgery 12/22 and I have lost 44 pounds so far I am so happy I did this it has helped me so much. I go to Mass often my husband is from Mass so we visit alot. I hope you get your date soon keep intouch.

Thanks. I hear you I don't care if it's slow and I think we lose more inches than pounds but as long as it comes off and you feel better that's all that matters:thumbup:.

How's everything going. I'm doing good down 42 pounds and feeling great. How is your weight loss going. I was at a stand still for a week because I couldn't get all my calories in but I'm doing better now.

I was banded with the realize band 12/22/08 and I seem to be doing pretty good. I have lost 42 pounds so far so it seems to work pretty good for me. I have very good restriction. My first fill 2/09 was 4cc's and my second fill 3/09 was 2cc'c for a total of 6cc's I don't think I will need another fill for a while.
