Guzzling water is almost more painful for me than eating too fast. My doctor told me that it is almost like a funnel now and when you gulp water it has to slowing make it's way through the funnel.

My main problem is my arms. My tummy isn't too bad, but of course you would always like it tighter. But my arms, I swear, if I wave I could knock someone's eyes out with the swinging skin. -
I am 14 months out now and still have gas all of the time. I was told to keep the Gas X strips on hand, but they don't seem to be doing anything to help, so I am curious on other suggestions as well.
