Yes don't beat yourself up, because I got on the scale 3rd day after surgery and I had gained a pound, believe you me it will come each day that go by you get stronger and stronger the pounds will start, baby you body is in shock like what happened. It's gonna happen. Negative thoughts bring negative things. Each day, get up, get out and get to moving.

My whole worry has been no support from family, so I had to be strong for myself. I have lottery been getting in like 2 miles worth of steps daily.

Hi Pamela, I'm so sorry that you're feeling that way but I understand, I had my sleeve on the 13th. I was feeling weak and fatigued as well, I had no pain only from gas I was making myself get out yes I drove because I didn't have a choice. And once I got me some egg drop soup and when I aye that after straining the eggs out that food made me feel like a brand new person. It will get better for you just don't give up push that devil off your shoulder and tell him not today. You got this.

I was feeling so weak that I started yesterday on egg drop soup and it made me feel wonderful no pain no nothing, jello, pudding, , I ended up on ensure extreme protein that was the only one that I could drink without the gas, water diet juice so far so good

Mines are almost in a circle but not a complete circle I had the sleeve and on my right side there's a linger bruise imma assume the stomach came out that area.

That is fast, I have no stitches whatsoever, I'm just bruised and those are going away as well. Hopefully it's not too much longerfor you.

I'm only 6 days since surgery and my incisions are healed the clear luquid bandage they put on there has peeled off. You can call I have a 24 hour number to call if need be

That is crazy, I literally thought it was me and my age, seriously, so mow I know I'm not going crazy everytime I would go I I felt like I was particially blind, I had to break out my glasses and look on the shelves, now I'm concerned

That's exactly what I thought once I had the surgery that they were not be any hunger pains. Today isn't as bad as yesterday but they are still there. Omg if eggs are nasty to me imma pass out on the floor lol 🤣 😆 🤪

I guess everyone's is different, I had my sleeve on the 13th and the 14th my doctor started me on Stage 2, I'm able to particially lay on my sides without anytime of pain, I have to have protein 3 x's a day 3 to 4 ounces at a time along with jello, and or broth, since surgery, everything taste disgusting to me, I have to force myself to eat especially the protein shakes, I hoping on Thursday that I get to try an egg. I hope I still like eggs. I just can't understand why the hunger pains are so intense. I just wanna get through this and get back to normal. If that's even a thing anymore 😕.

Nothing has agreed with me, let me see what the doc says on this coming Thursday. My first appointment.

For me it's been 4 days and I have zero pain on my entry spots I continue to run warm water over them. I have my entire stock of pain meds because I'm a creature of habit I Hate taking meds unless it's life saving for me. So they'll stay in the bag cause I don't need them.

Having in there today and a little better my first appointment is next Thursday can't wait ti eat my first egg

I really couldn't tell the difference between gas and pain I just knew it hurt like he'll and I went to the emergency room, now I. Zero pain 4 days out of surgery and hungry

I'm seriously tmalmost tempted to eat a 1 oz cup of cream of wheat what harm can it do. Maybe if I wasn't throwing up for 2 days I wouldn't be so hungry

I really didn't think that I was going to feel like I'm deprived of food, but I've never felt more hungry now than I have ever felt in my life I'm on stage 2 of recovery and I want a taste of food I can't wait just to nibble on a soft scrambled egg. But right now I just froze 20 oz cups of protein
