  1. Thank you for the insight! Hero brand specifically caters to it being a protein/fiber ‘bread’ with no carbs - so in theory it would contain more vital nutrients (for a wls patient) in one tortilla wrap than in an entire head of cauliflower and doesn’t contain sugar like cauliflower. I think the intrigue of that fact actually lures me! I know it’s processed so that’s where I get nervous. To your point, I have noticed the ‘heaviness’ of foods affects me. Things that are more dense seem to make me nauseated and things that are light like sautéed veggies and lean proteins sit really well with me! I knew going into this I’d have to give up a lot and so far the only thing I miss is bread/tortillas/pastas. But I’d rather have health than have those things. So seeing a ‘bread’ with protein and no carbs makes me very excited. One day I’ll be able to try it, but at only three weeks in, still letting my little tummy heal. PS. Saw your birthday is July 21 - I’m July 20!!!!
  2. Hi! Was wondering if anyone has used Hero Bread or tortillas after their Gastric Bypass and what their thoughts were? Also how soon were you able to have it?
