    I just had my RNY surgery April 11. I was only on clear liquids for 2 days. I was able to have decaf coffee no milk. I did do chicken broth, but what tasted better was the Lipton Noodle soup w the noodles strained out. Also had the tropical coconut Protein20 protein water. I’ve tried recovery water and did not like it.
