Hi, I had a sleeve on 4/25. Still on protein shake and clear liquid diet. I haven’t lost any weight in the last 3 days. Doing everything right, walking 30 min, having my protein shakes. Still working on getting my liquids to at least 64 oz. Having around 45-50 oz a day. Scale is not moving! Any suggestions?

Anyone vomiting? I am in day 3 post op and have been vomiting.

Hi,I am new here. Getting my surgery on 4/25. Anyone in the preop diet? I’m on shakes and clear liquids. Any ideas of what liquids you taking that are good? I am really not hungry just get tired of chicken and beef broth. Having occasional dizziness. I really dislike the liquid protein I tried. Look forward to hearing your stories.
