well we only have an in ground pool, and it is still way to cold to even consider swimming. I work out on a daily basis usually an hour a day sometimes 2 hours. It seems to help the pain for a little while and then it comes back once my body has stopped moving. I will try the minty items for the nausea and hope it works for me. I know during pregnancy the only thing that worked was pickles. Don't ask my why it's weird I know but that's what helped. Now they make the nausea worse. I am looking forward to a healthier me. I just can't picture myself 100 lbs lighter. Well my first goal is 75 lbs then I will reset each goal as I reach it, and make new milestones along the way. I meet with the dietician next week. So so excited I can't wait to get to June..
