I'm never really hungry, just want to eat. Have trouble remembering to eat/chew slowly. Had only 1cc first fill, at my request. Scared of being sick, burping, etc.. Next fill not for 4 more weeks. Any advice for slowing down with eating?

I just had surgery sept 26, by Dr K, still very sore. Not hungry yet, guess still quite swollen. Worried about protein d/t hair falling out, etc.. Any helpful suggestions much appreciated!!!!!

I just finished my 6 months, didn't lose much weight though. But my surgery has been approved and scheduled -

I am scheduled for lap band on sept 26 and really scared, start the liquid diet on the 12th. Any suggestion, encouragement would be helpful!:thumbup:
