I increase my water intake yesterday. I was only getting in 2 bottles a day if I’m lucky. Yesterday, I started 4. I’m ten months out. I need to lose another 40- 45 lbs. I drink coffee to keep from snacking. I track my food most days in the bariastic app. I’m usually between 800-1100 calories, around 45 carbs, and 40- 50 fat grams.
