  2. Start off slow. By slow I mean walking. Do alot of walking. I started off walking a few miles and had gotten up to walking 13 miles before I started throwing some running in. You want to try to stay as low impact as possible untill your able to get some weight off. Choose your protein carefully. I would say that with women choose a soy protein over a whey protein. It tends to produce umm breasts (men avoid). I personally stick with Isopure due to it having 0 Carbs and others that say low carb can have alot of hidden sugars. Start taking liquid Amino acids. This is a good source of protein and will help keep unwanted loose skin off. (you're both young and this should help with the elesticity of the skin, keeping you from having unwanted scars from surgery). Lastly get lots of protein in your diet. This will help with skin, hair, body, muscle etc... When you hear the doctors say get plenty of protein take it as gospel not just b/s. Whats the since in looseing a 100 lbs but going bald and having a bunch of loose skin? Do it right and don't exchange one problem for another.

  6. decent, i float between 225 and 230 which isn't bad for being on straight nights 12 hour shifts. My waist is smaller and more muscle

  8. I've been good just working straight nights right now ugggh... I've been floating between 225 and 230 and still dropping sizes since I got my new bowflex lol. My arms and legs are getting huge.

  9. give it time. Do what your told and don't deviate. Take lots of Protein and excercise and you'll see an increase in muscle mass and drop in fat.

    i get gas still but usually just walking around gets the gas off, we call it battle chits at work lol

    5 a.m. = 50 gram Protein Isopure shake 9 a.m. = dannon yogurt shake 12 p.m. = normal lunch chew well 3 or 4 pm = light snack. 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. = dinner normal small chew well.

    March Bandsters: MASTER THREAD

    I have a very similiar issue. Once I hit 6 cc's I had to stop going from 1 to 2 CC fills to small .5 cc fills. I am currently at 6.5 and actually doing pretty good with that.
