Well I really would like to have just kinda 1 Stop and Shop area to go and get either drinkable recipes and suggestion's on a refferable site to go to, And any non sugar/low sugar ,meal replacements that are tasty let us all know.As well as the cost! Thank You I hope this is a Hit!

O Yeah Baby!!! I want it so much more now than I did before my DH at one time told me flat out no you need to slow down every night! we should take some time out... Ha Ha Ha!! The next night we where gettin busy again! Woohoo!! I so much more confident in my skin right now,before I just felt like a big fat blob and I just wanted it to be over so that he couldn't see my naked fat roll's anymore, But as I said It has gotten WAY better than before.

Well I am 5ft 7in and I feel great with what I have lost even though I haven't really been serious about my exercising and all but I started at 242lbs and I am down to 200lbs I am happy to see lose and not gain so I will take whatever I can get!!

I use the walk away the pounds dvd by Leslie Sansone it has a 3 dvd package that has 1,2,and 3 Miles walk program which I find very helpful to me!

I bought my Body x Fortress super advanced whey protien powder 2 lb tub at Target store for $ 12.99 with price cut but normally $ 13.99 but still in all a very good buy. 1 scoop is (33 g) and (3 g) of carbs and doesn't have all the added sugar that most others have so be careful when choosing your drink

I wil be using the body fortress chocolate which is 100% whey protien powder and my nutritionist suggested getting something with little or better yet no sugar I thought about getting the boost drinks but they have alot of sugar and added stuff that you just don't need plus they cost so much more why not buy the powder and mix fruit into it. I got a huge bottle of it at Target for $ 12.99 and like 250 of the multivitamins Target brand for $ 9.99
