I hate it when people post just to post.....

Fab, I love new gadgets, I am a true gadget geek. Have fun playing with it. I keep contemplating doing something with my hair. I know the minute any gray starts showing up I will, but hopefully that won't be for a while. My parents didn't start going gray till their sixties. But, some highlights or something would be nice.
  2. Great post, I am going to sticky this.
  3. Oh, Judy, I would love to go horseback riding too!

    krispy kreme

There is nothing wrong with giving yourself a treat! Did you get the sleeve to deprive yourself for the rest of your life? I know I didn't. I got it so I could live like a "normal" person. Normal people have treats. I have treats all the time. I love them. The difference is, before my sleeve I had no control and would eat to the point of gorging myself. With the sleeve, I can have a little bit, be satisfied and stop knowing I can have it again on another day.

    NSV - Closet Clean Out

I love going "shopping in my closet". I found a ton of clothes people had given me as gifts but were too small. I felt guilty giving them away so I held on to them for "someday." Now, "someday" has pretty much come and gone, and even those clothes are too big now.
  6. Goodness, I am so sorry, what an awful experience to go through. I had problems with severe dehydration my first month, and definitely experienced constipation and painful bm's, but not to that extent. Much like Vegas, I find that salad works excellent for me as well. I make sure to eat one every couple of days at a minimum, and that keeps me regular.
  7. I can't wait to see some of your sketches. As for ideas, I am drawing a blank.

Hey Ivy, glad to hear you are doing well. You will be able to get more water and protein in as time passes. I didn't meet my goals until I moved to mushies.

    Cottonmouth

I have the exact same problem! I wake up several times during the night with cotton mouth and I hate it. I just keep a bottle of water on my nightstand and drink it throughout the night as needed.

    Cyberbullying

In this day and age, most of us share a great deal of information about ourselves in "cyberspace." Whether it be here on LBT, other forums, blogs, MySpace, Facebook, etc., we put a lot of information about ourselves out there for others to see. By doing so, we may also be putting ourselves in a vulnerable position for cyberbullying. A friend of mine shared an interesting article with me today. I wanted to take this opportunity to pass it on to all of you as a reminder that we need to be careful of how we portray ourselves, what information we share with people and who we choose to share it with, as we never know when it may backfire against us. "Cyberbullying: Adult Cyber Bullying? Cyber-Bullying is a problem that affects adults as well as children. Read this story from a former cyberbully who, after mending her ways, found herself the target of cyberbullying." Click here to read the full online article: Adult Cyberbullying

    A few pictures

Tiff, what a special time this is for you guys. I am so happy for you.
  22. I drink right up until I am ready to eat. There is no way I can drink while eating, or for about 45 minutes afterward. If I do, I get this horrible bloated feeling and end up having to bring something back up. It just isn't worth it to me.

    Am I the only one?

That is all you can do Vegas. I was stuck for several weeks at one point. It drove me crazy. Then, all of a sudden the pounds started dropping again and I have been pretty consistent ever since.
  24. So, this means I need to quit eating hairballs and ziplock baggies? Darn, now I have to come up with a new favorite snack item! :biggrin0:
