  1. After reviewing this topic and reading each post, I do not find JaspersGirl to be in violation of our rules. She has not mentioned the name of the wraps in any of her posts, nor is any type of link, etc. listed in her signature. Therefore, she is in compliance with the rules of our forum. If you have any questions regarding this decision, please feel free to pm me. From this point forward, I request that all arguing, bashing, etc. stop. Failure to do so will result in disciplinary action.
  2. Game on, b*****s!

  3. Word of advice, if you are looking to obtain a professional position, don't come to your interview in a t-shirt and jeans. It doesn't matter how good your resume is if you don't present a professional image.

  4. Please remember to be supportive and to refrain from personal attacks. Thank you.
  5. Getting ready to watch the fight with some of our Gracie students. Go Ryron!

  6. Seriously, all the major issues going on in the world and there are people basing their vote on whether or not PBS will continue to receive tax payer funding? Who even really watches PBS, not me! I would rather see that money feed the hungry, heal the sick and keep our nation safe.

  7. So, who thinks that Bill should let me get my nails done tomorrow and get all gussied up so I look like a purty girl and then take me out on the town for some fun?

  8. I still have invites for NeuFit if you are interested. If you want one, and have a Fitbit as well, ask me about the new Facebook group for NeuFit for Fitbit Junkies.

  9. Too cool, I just had my first Facebook video call! Didn't know that was possible till I went to poke Yvonne and saw the "call" option!

    Is She Right?

She might be, she might not be. There is no formula for figuring out exactly how long it will take a person to lose "X" amount of weight. Everyone's body loses differently and there are tons of factors that can affect how fast or slow we lose weight. Besides, this isn't a race, just sit back, eat healthy and enjoy the ride.

    Pcos Sleevers. Anyone?

I wouldn't necessarily say don't worry, one cannot predict how others bodies will react to the surgery and weight loss We can only share our personal experience. Surgery and weight loss has not "cured" my PCOS. I still require medication for it and my periods are still very irregular Sent from my iPad using VST

    Pcos Sleevers. Anyone?

I have PCOS and I have always said that I am the queen of slow losers. My weight has never come off as quickly as others, not even in the beginning. But, you know what, that is okay because this isn't a race. It is about losing weight and getting healthier at a pace that works for our bodies and is healthy and doable. Sent from my iPad using VST

Need Some Help Figuring This Out, Please...

I want to note, the above post with my name on it was actually from my fiancé who is a personal trainer and licensed nutritionist. I want to add personally, that I am three years out. A year ago I encountered major medical issues which resulted in my gaining thirty pounds. It wasn't due to a major change in my eating habits, it was due to meds, the inability to move, hormones, etc. Now, at three years out, I am still not able to exercise like I was before due to my back problems limiting me greatly. Bill, my fiancé, has me on a diet of between 1350 to 1450 calories per day. We watch my Protein, fat and carb intake very carefully by recording everything I eat in MyNetDiary. I am losing an average of 1.5 pounds per week. So, don't get discouraged, you don't lose the ability to lose weight, it just doesn't come off as quickly as it did in the first few months immediately following your surgery. We just have to figure out what works for you. Sent from my iPad using VST

Need Some Help Figuring This Out, Please...

Let's first make sure the caloric intake is the best for your physical exercise. What are your Protein and carb intakes? Are they whole carbs? The next quiz is on the timing of the calories. What time do you exercise and what is your protein and carb count before and after. Quick note. In order for exercise to reduce weight, the body must be properly nourished and ready to burn the calories... Otherwise it goes into survival mode and holds on to all the bad fats that inhibit weight loss. Sent from my iPad using VST
