    Cool :)

I used to suffer from another PCOS system that is not as commonly experienced. While most PCOS people suffer from too few periods, I had the joy of having them excessively. Mine would come every 17 days, would last anywhere from 8 to 10 days, and was incredibly heavy. And the entire time in between I had horrible PMS. Finally, about two years ago my gynecologist did some testing and discovered my lining in my uterus was about 7 inches thicker than normal. So, she did an endometrial ablation on me. When you have that done, it basically kills any chances of you getting pregnant in the future, but I was done having children so I was OK with that. Since having the procedure, my period comes about every 28 days, lasts about one day and is so light it is just like a bit of spotting and that is it. It is so wonderful now. As for the girls, whenever I lose weight, I don't lose any in that area. So, my plan is to just have them lifted at some point.

    Good anti-nausea meds???

I suffered a lot of being lightheaded and nauseous for about three weeks after getting banded. I don't know why, but it seemed to hit me right as I was getting out of the shower in the morning. My surgeon sent me home with a prescription for Zofran and it worked wonderfully, usually within a few minutes the feeling would pass.

    Is this bad????

It is so important that you follow your doctors rules post-op. I know it is tough, we have all been through it. You may not feel any effects right now, but think about what problems you may be causing yourself long term. By eating sooner than you should, you are making your stomach have to work harder to digest that food. You are not giving your stomach time to heal and the adhesions time to properly seal the band in place. You have gone through so much to get the band, why sabotage it now? Please, go back to your prescribed diet, or at least contact your doctor and tell them you are struggling and see what they suggest.

  9. Actually, popcorn goes down just find for me. But, any kind of other corn I simply cannot eat. It gets stuck every time, so I guess that is one of my off limit foods.
  10. The only thing I miss is a good boar's head roast beef sandwich on Publix italian sandwich bread.

    Betrayal is a BITCH

I agree Wheetsin. And, it can affect you in future relationships as well. My first husband cheated on me. My current husband's first wife cheated on him. a lot. So, we both brought a lot of history to the marriage. We both are very careful about always assuring one another we love each other, where we are, what we are doing, etc.; because even after all this time, we still remember what happened in our first marriage and get worried about it happening again. And yet, we both now how it felt and agree we would never do that to another human being. It is weird.

Why are people afraid of atheism?

Personally, that woman scared the bejeebers out of me! She looked evil and darksided. Wow, just, wow.

    Wher'd my "Rep Power" go?

Sorry, Plain, we just couldn't stand to see that happen, lol. Actually, Alex has permanently disabled them as they really weren't adding much to LBT.

I enjoy the pool, but man I would love to have a hot tub. I think it would be wonderful to jump in a hot tub after working out at the gym.
