Brandy, I am so sorry, it just seems to be one thing after another. I hope your daughter heals quickly, it sounds like she was lucky it wasn't worse. Beth, the leg lifts isn't a bad idea. I wonder if my doctor would let me do that. He said it would be a good 6 weeks before he released me to exercise. But, about the time those six weeks are up, it will be time for the second surgery. Stupid me for having abnormal shaped toes. I thought everyone's pinky toes turned outward to where they were almost walking on their nails. Guess not though, so now I have to have bones shaved and bones broken and replaced in the correction position. Ugh, I am so nervous I bought a chocolate silk pie to calm my nerves. I know, bad Susan, BAD!!!

The peanut butter cookies are pure evil, evil I tell you!!! -
Wow, LilMissDiva is the new official queen of the multi-post. I am very impressed. Denise, like the others said, I think Facebook is more adult oriented while MySpace is aimed more at teens. I also like that I don't have to go to other people's profiles in order to comment on them. I can do everything from my home page. I guess I won't be doing the gym for quite a while. I am having surgery on my right foot on Thursday. I will be on crutches and in a surgical boot for 3-4 weeks. Then, once the right foot heals, I get to go through the whole process again with my left foot. I am not looking forward to this.

Hi there and welcome to LBT. It sounds like the band has done wonderful things for your health, that is fantastic. -
Wow, am I the only one who isn't watching the Super Bowl?
-
When you get a fill, do they remove all the fluid first to confirm how much should be in there and that you don't have a leak?
-
Wow, I have never even heard of it. What is it?

Brandy, I am sorry to hear about the job. Hopefully you will find a new one soon. Fanny, wow, those pictures were something else! You are lucky. LJM, I just posted on FB, hope all is going well with you girl.

It is like a mini blog. Kind of like the updates on facebook. My twitter updates my facebook. I know not many people use it here, but on another site I am on they do. And, for a new "job" I have, I need to have one.

Holy smokes, I believe the time has arrived for LJM's induction. We are all so funny here, it is like we are all expectant parents, not just her. I can't wait to hear little Joshua has arrived. Ok, guys, I need your help. Normally, I am incredibly tech savvy and can figure stuff out on my own. But, I am having a complete dumb moment. How do I set it up so when people click on this it takes them here Twitter / susanhelander If anyone can tell me how to do this, I would appreciate it. I want to add it to my signature on here and another board. Thanks.

Lulu, I hear you, it has been cold here too. I don't like it one bit. Brandy, you are doing awesome girl!!

I thought it suited the topic at hand. Mac, what a low life this guy must be. How is she doing? The weather here is awful today. It has been raining non-stop since last night. And, of course, when it rains everyone forgets how to drive. It took me an hour and five minutes to get to work this morning because of all the wrecks. I thought about turning around, going home and going back to bed. I really wish I would have done that.

Luluc, that is great news. I am so glad everything worked out! Way to go!!! He sounds like my ex, a complete Beth, sometimes you kill me!! And, I hope it does too!! LJM, not much longer, I am so excited for you!!
-
I hope she gets to feeling better! It is that wonderful time of the year for colds and flu. I have my fingers and toes crossed for you that everything goes well!! That would be great, I double-dare ya to do it!! :cursing: Now, if you will all excuse me, I am off to find my dh's ex-wife who always refers to me as "the fat lady". Why, you ask? Because I feel a sneeze coming on!!

That was great, I have never heard of anyone slapping the doctor!! I love it. My hubby won't go with me to the scary movies either, but my dd loves them. The "Unborn" was pretty good, but not quite as intense as I had hoped it would be. I have heard many people say "My Bloody Valentine" is great, but I haven't seen it yet. Where do you want to meet and we can see it together?? Fanny, that is great news, I am sure this is an exciting time for you. And, you know what, sometimes you just know when you are with the right person. My hubby and I got together a month after my ex left me. We were living together within a month after that and married six months after we got together. We are now approaching ten wonderful years of marriage. We would have been married sooner, but my divorce took forever, and we were married one week after it was final. My first marriage was over, he left me for my best friend and I have no guilt moving on with my life. The marriage was over, it just wasn't official on paper. LJM, this is so exciting!!! It seems like we all know Joshua personally and he isn't even here yet. I can't wait to see pictures. Is your daughter excited about being a big sister? You have got be kidding me. With eight of them that is all she will be doing all day long is breast feeding.

Good morning everyone. I hope you all have a wonderfully fabulous Monday.

Hi Sherry, and welcome to LBT. It sounds like you are doing great with the band. We look forward to getting to know you better.

Does anyone ever watch "Life in the ER"? They had an episode where a major donor came in complaining of feeling lightheaded, heart racing and other symptoms. They ran all kinds of tests and could not find anything wrong. She kept threatening to stop contributing to the hospital, etc. if they couldn't determine what was wrong. One of the hospital bigwigs found out she was there and made the ER docs run every test known to mankind to try and find something wrong with her. She was an older lady and was there with her husband and nephew that was staying with them. Finally, one of the docs asked if she had ate anything different lately. She said no. The last thing she ate was some of those wonderful brownies her nephew had brought home from college. The nephew left the room in a hurry. Turns out, she was high from those "wonderful brownies". I laughed so hard at that episode.
