I’m a week out post-op now and starting protein shakes today. Despite my 20 lbs. drop, reality hit me like a brick yesterday and have been feeling overwhelmed with buyer’s remorse.

Trust yourself and the process. Sounds like it gets better with every phase.

I had my sleeve last week on March 9. I’m past most of the discomfort and pain now. Fluids are going down fairly easy now. It’s been mostly an emotional roll coaster for me as I grasp my new reality. Several moments with buyers remorse which sounds like a common reaction with many patients.
