You will be back to your sweet spot in no time...now that you even know what it is about, and the body soft signs to listen for. I am still working on that, with how much eating, what eating and when, def not as much in the morn. Pam, u brave to tri tri tip at Sams! Not even attempting steak yet have done small pot roast (soupy) bites with veggies. Welcome Pearlsgirl...this is a great thread to build support and wonderful sisters of surgery with. I was banded in SSF, and consider this my 'home' support with these ladies, being that I live north of Roseville. How ever we can help better prepare you, we are here! Can u even make it on Sat? Candra, dont ever apologize for so many posts, lol, we enjoy reading them and continuin the conversation! Riley, woman, we actually get to meet!!! Candi, Christine, can u make Sat? Nicole, let me know, I think me hubby is staying home, if you wanted to carpool from here, we can! By the way...have you thought of cutting your hair for different styles to work with through this phase...also might help release tension on scalp with ponytails and putting it up? Just a thought. What I am stillll on lessons from my learning curve, how life still goes on, and we still need to how to 'properly' handle our stress, and not with our exfriend called food! Good Mon Morn, Lovely Ladies!!! WOW! Yesterday was a blast! A lil sore, back and throat (I am such a groupie...band groupie, hehe!) 20,009 steps!!!! I had to just walk around the house a lil last nite, just to make it the full 20000 yesterday. The Newsboys were just incredible, we got the VIP bands and sat in the very front row! Our pictures and videos are great, a few sigs too! Oh, I got a drum stick too, Duncan was breaking them l and right! Those guys know how to put on a show, my 3 guyz really enjoyed them too! They started the show with a local Christian rapper, he did well, 'Transparent'. Ok, did the Medusa first, then Velocity and the Logger...screaming the whole time for such a blast. I had such a cool time with me hubby and 2 sons, so glad I had the stamina to last the whole day, could NOT have done this trip in the past several years, now I can with the band!!! Candra honey, you are up! Jes thinking lots bout u, Heather u are doing incredible wanna hear what Doc says bout the loss! Tamra, keep on movin towards that goal, and Maria, its gonna happen soon! REGGIE woman, where are you? Doing ok? Don't get all quiet on us, I know what that meant for me..CALL me if need to! Dont know how many rides I will do, (back is a lil funky) but I will enjoy the shows and just being with my guyz, with the stamina to last! (Candra will call you!) First, a heartfelt thank you to Candra, Tina, Nicole, Pam, Vicki, and all who made it yesterday. I could not have done it with out you, even Heather thinkin bout the meeting, hehe. In a way, I felt like I was representing us all, our real life stories, stress and battles. I know that I can only keep on keepin on, with the sassy, sweet support you all give!!! Glad you all like the Warm up suit gag - Candra was being nice with her looks, but was worried, lolol. Since the meeting I stopped on the way home then had a meeting with our special speaker for today, then church today (awesome) then home for a long nap. Tina, what a story, may I write it for you? What a long way you have come...and your daughter is a beautiful young lady from it! But you, wow, just even the past 6 months with surgery and that stress, whoo, a gold medal for you! I know...
