Well, TGIF of a 3 day weekend, lovely ladies of Richmond & more! How is everyone today? What a day yesterday! A day out with 2 beautiful babes (very nice when around my guys all week, they are handsome and wonderful but so good to have a girls day out!lol) So good to see you Tina, wish I could have met Dr. Baggs. How did the interview go? Or did I miss a post? Candra & Jes, I so enjoyed yesterday, was good to hear how Richmond does Pre-op, and found the Vitamin nutritional part very interesting, you can never hear it too much! My fav part was walking the bridge, wow, I did it! Over 8000 steps! Wish I could do that a few times a week! Sorry bout the blisters Candra...I offered the Fit Flops, lol, but you must really enjoy the walk/talk, and u 2 took me the full lenth! Lunch was fun too, just chatting and of course, yes, eating AFTER the walk, lolol. IT was ALL worth the traffic to home! So, it would be cool to get together for lunch, possibly next Thurs or Fri? Jes works Thurs, might be hard for Candra, Thurs, to have a true Pre-op lunch, so Friday? So post when you can...either day for me I believe is ok. Also, gonna start the LapBand.com Lindora support on Monday for the 10 weeks, anyone want to join? It will take us to just before the holidays, Thanksgiving. Who's game?

Hey ladies, was just visiting a young friend after Intestinal surgery...that is rough, dad had it, and that is why I am working on getting healthier now! Hiya Lovely Ladies! Ok, so did (6) month labs today...10 vials, but it went quick, and the woman who stuck me was sharp..literally, I did NOT even feel a pinch! So we will see what they say! Ditto, to what Candra said to our city/county workers Tina, Heather, Riley...however we can be of help, if even just our ears/shoulders! As she said, I have no idea how you all do it, but we are hopin for the best for each of you! APRIL - so glad you made the appt, if I could, I'd go with! BUT, just fyi, Bay Bridge is supposedly closed this weekend for maintenance. Welcome wantshealth! So glad you have joined the thread, you will get use to how to post in no time! I am roseyyyd1, was banded in Dec at SSF Kaiser. Most ladies here have been banded, are being banded (go Candra, go Jes) and are in prep to be banded at Richmond. They will give you great tips for your orientation, but 1 thing for sure, dont try to lose any before then, that is the weight they will look at starting from, where you will drop for pre-op weight. Riley (Jane) is from Santa Rosa, a few ladies around Vallejo, and several more around Sacramento. We do try to meet up for lunch, along with a Kaiser support group, at Richmond, I believe is on a Wed (they will details) and Sac, every 4th Sat off Arden Bus 80, next one being Sept. 26th. We wish you the best, and dont be shy with any questions, this is the best support group, these ladies are incredible! Good Mon Morn sweet Lovely Ladies! Saturday was a blast, my fav part...lunch with our ladies, and me hubby with us! It is like connecting up 2 worlds, he enjoyed getting to meet each one of you! Speaking of Saturday...I hardly call removing the dress clothes to show the workout clothes...(surprise!) behind the podium a strip tease...and thank u for not singing, lol. Again I am a visual learner, doing the hat think is a fav demo of mine, cause it is soooo true! I could not really do the teaching at group, with out my SOS there!
