Hope all of you had a great family day today...I am amazed at how I got thru the day w/o a nap, and did so much wrapping, cookin, cleaning and enjoyed a family with 3 little ones with ours! So thankful for my health..AND stamina for days like these! Amazing at what a difference, the band + 1 year makes! Missing all of you, and our monthly meeting , so what is up for getting together? Wish I had the bridge or like Lake Merritt to walk amidst the decadent treats. I did get the new Wii Active, with more exercises, so now it is time to use it! hehehe. At hubby's Christmas dinner party last nite, someone complemented on how he had a much 'younger' wife, which blew me away (me?)! Have been getting more I didnt 'recognize' you also. Am thoroughly enjoying life with the band and learning curve on how to care for myself (even relearning how to eat!) So thankful to God for this tool, and of course this LIVELY bunch of SOS (Sisters of Surgery) support to count on & continue on...DAILY! By the way, sons Birthday is next Tues (oh my gosh baby is 17!) so maybe can do Wed, or Sat? Just my 2 cents.

Evenin of Anchor Day Everyone!!! Got my fill on, got my fill on, yes I did! Finally some time to post...I have been MIA since last Wed...Women of Faith volunteer & conference, hung with Sweet T! Church on Sun, and rested up, bit of a cough, then South San Fran for my ckup on Tues, and got a fill! I am now @ 6.5, which I believe is my sweet spot..cause I have kicked the plateau & losing! Women of Faith was unbelievable, speakers, so funny, laugh til u cry, Mandisa home concert (she has lost 85 lbs!) & Nicole C. Mullen! Quite a time with ladies, and fun to volunteer (& get tickets for free!) I put a few pics in an album with my profile. Been catching up the reading...hasnt been much talk of getting together this sat/sun...I dont think I should, am making sure I get better, plus looks like storm/rain. Hope u all still do something! Ok ladies & John, I am cold!!! Been turning up the heating blanket...I must say I would rather layer to keep warm then to be sweatin in the winter...I cant believe how I can wear a few layers of clothes & fit them, not feeling bulky! How is everyone else doing? Been watching the Biggest Loser, it really is encouraging, so glad Danny C. won, but everyone of the contestants are winners with what they have lost in weight yet gained in health!
