Heather honey, just add the 4300 or so steps, we did, cause we walked it together, so it counts, lol. OH YEAH...we be the Boss w/ the Sauce (i.e. @ Reggie & Pat's house...hehehe) So who is up for the meeting this Sat, so to know bout how many will be there? John, Reggie, even Tamra...Jes, Candra? Evenin all...as Pat has named us...SOS & BOS! Ok, finally uploading some pics, will put rest of them on my album, pm me if you need ok to see them. Yes...one of my mottos...they Band the Belly Not the Brain, shux!!! hehehe Pat you really did do it up, I think we all would have worn the green hats if we had some...how did the corned beef go down? It sure was a fun/beautiful/delicious day...ok I confess was dreading the longness of the drive, and the 3 fun ladies I drove with took care of that! It was a great way to officially start the Spring...and yes we sure missed all who couldn't make it! I honestly think the families, hubbies, children are glad we get together, to enjoy, listen, and yuck it up with one another...like only we can! Life for me is stilllll so busy, so just getting away like that was truly refreshing! Of course Native NYorker girl in me enjoys alll the wild life, hehehe. Ok...so speaking of getting together...who is game for this SAT...3/27/10, like each 4th sat of the month, for the KAISER POINT WEST MTG? For our newbies...it is for both Kaiser AND NOnKaiser patients...Bypass, Band AND Sleeve patients...(John do we get to see 'less' of you again?) and then also, we enjoy going to lunch afterwards at Mimi's off of Arden...Meeting starts @ 11:00 to 1:00 PM, and yes a clothing exchange also! And as she well knows there will be...WHEN is a good time for us to gather at the end of April to well wish our Newlywedded woman...Nicolie off to Washington? April 24th is the next Point West meeting, should we plan in conjunction that Saturday, or another time??? Ideas? Candra woman pls call me when can...we would have picked u up, and made u our beautiful hood ornament! Hehehe :confused: #1-'Gwen' #2-2010Triplets #3-'MamaBanders' #4-SOS #5-Wetlands!

Congrats Nicolie!!! Now Robbie HAS to be good to you, cause we got yo back, hehehe. Was awaitin for Reggie to hear...one down, one to go...acc'd to the 'kitchen table' discussion, hehehe. Think these guys are finally realizing what a 'jewel' they have in our young ladies...Nicole & Heather!!! Why I enjoy our group soooo much, living & experiencing life, ups & downs, from every background, family and job, diff towns, diff docs, etc.! So Swish...we WANT to hear how you are doing, baby growing and being banded too! Through alll of us living our lives, we get to stand together, through mistakes, victories and all of life in between, and of course we get to enjoy a guy(yeah John) and sleeve side of it too! Here's to our great group...as Spring is coming upon us, it hopes eternal...with fresh new health, lives and love! :biggrin:

SATURDAY, FEB 27TH, 11:00 - 1:00 PM KAISER - Point West Medical Offices 1650 Response Road Sacramento, CA 95815 You can enter either of the front doors, and walk towards the center and back hallway, there is usually a sign for the room we are in! (Meeting the 4th Saturday of each month) The meeting is for all WLS types, Band, Bypass & Sleeve, also for Kaiser AND non-Kaiser patients! Who all is coming? Wanna set up some seats for everyone...JOhn, feelin up to it, we can give u a ride if u cant drive yet & Nikki not in town? Also, for planning purposes, a few of us usually hit Mimi's for lunch afterwards. Glad to see everyone checking in, I am so challenged each day to continue to do better than the day before...a baby step here & there... as we doin the journey together, real life with real issues...yet balancing taking care of ourselves in/through it all! What a support and care group to work it out with! Every shape, size, job, u name it! Hope it inspires each newbie checkin out the thread, to do your research, ask questions and take your time to decide which and when is best for you! It's February & spring is starting to spring!!! Dont u just love northern Cal? I say is why we pay the high prices. Blooms are coming out w/ the allergies, so be prepared! Just came in from a 5K practice walk...Jes I am right with ya gettin out there to walk, I cant wait to do the bridge again w/ u 2 ladies again (Sweet C) and all...I can make it to the end AND back no prob now, hehehe. Had ckup in San Fran today, but, have changed it to Fri...will see, have lost, EVEN over the holidays, wooohooo! REady to keep this sweet spot! Have a good day of vitamin D today! :biggrin:

Heather honey...I am so very proud of you! You have represented us well, by NOT quitting! Your endurance just keeps me motivated...I wish I was walking with you, I would have been honored! I have been the last to finish a 5K, honestly I felt like I finished first...for me, for my health, and 4 those supporting me..because I FINISHED! You go girl, your persistance is going to/IS paying off! Will u slow down just a little for me at the walk in the grove? hehehe! Right here for ya honey!

Hi Lee...many people react differently to MOM...however, as 'inconsistent' it is in diff people...in can 'activate' within 2 hrs...best to be at home, cause when it is effective...there is no stoppin it...sorry tmi, but very quick when it works!!! Good to see u prepping well!

She was excited last night, as she picked up her mom from the airport, boyfriend Robbie and CAndra are there with her! Am doin 30 min on stationary bike/day watchin B Loser/Oz.
