Hey there! I don't know how much you are supposed to lose in the beginning. I started my liquid diet 3 days pre-op and during those 3 days I lost 5 lbs I believe. Another lady that had her surgery the same day as me by the same doctor has lost 18 I think. I'm sure once you get your first fill the weight will start to come off! Don't be discouraged!
