Hey everyone! I'm a week post Op, and doing great. Ten pounds down today!! I'm starting to get a little hungry, but overall it's not so bad. Going back in 3 days to get staples removed, but other than that everything is running smoothly! happy to be on the other side of the fence! hope everyone is doing great! -

well i'm banded!!! oct 7th was my day! it's been a little rough, i'm very sore..but i'm banded!! existing on water, broth, and my pain pills. good luck to the rest of you, smashing pumpkins! cas -

had my pre op appt yesterday! totally fainted getting blood work done!!! at least it's over with! ON WITH SURGERY! -
okay..so i haven't been banded, but have already completed one goal (well sort of) this is me in a 1950 Merc! Shot by a professional photographer! soft of a pinup shoot! can't wait to do it again with more confidence, and less weight!!

my 4 week pre op diet is protein shake for breakfast, sensible meal for lunch, and protein shake for dinner. protein bars for snacks as well as veggies. i'm down 6 pounds since last monday! it's getting a little harder to resist the cravings, but i take it a day at a time. -
we'd so be bff!! none of my friends are into the whole rockabilly scene, so i am alone at all my swing dance lessons hahaha.... now if i could just find a burlesque lesson in south carolina... hmm...

well i'm 20. i'll be banded on oct 7th, but ill try to be of some help :crying: a youtube account that has really given my insight is YouTube - thebandinme's Channel she's about 25 or so, but she's awesome and documents everything! she's about 1 1/2 year post op and has had awesome results. xo cas

yeah beer, soda. i love them both. i am 20 and have had lots of alcohol since i was 15..both of my parents are alcoholics, so this is just extra incentive for me. loose weight, and solidify my life as a healthy sober person!
