Really hoping I haven’t sabotaged myself

Oh geeze..yes I definitely messed up. It’s pounds not KG’s and I have no idea how to fix that lol. Im still trying to figure this all out I am so sorry. I weigh 203 pounds currently. I think you all have given such great advice!! Love the topping idea and will lean towards a more rich protein source for lunch. The 700 calories were including the cashews. Thank you all so much!!
  2. I am really hoping I haven’t been sabotaging myself the last 2 weeks. My program cleared me for nuts so for lunch everyday I was just grabbing a portioned out bag of cashews, 1 ounce. I’m 3 months post op and have been in a stall the last 2 weeks. My calories are around 700 a day and I go to the gym everyday for 60-90 minutes. Could the cashews be preventing me from losing weight? I had thought this was something good for us and now I’m not so sure after having read a little on it. Do you think cashews should go into the category of a once every few weeks treat instead of a lunch option?

    Post op liquid diet

Yes I will definitely have to ask because mine just says protein supplement but it says clear liquids for 10 days post op. Thank you all for the help!!
  5. Hi! I am having surgery next week and was wondering about the liquid diet post op. Are we to add unflavored protein powder to our broths during this stage? I bought some protein clear liquid (premiere and Gatorade) so I didn’t know if I should be doing that also.

    Passport

I got my email saying I was approved for surgery and they will be calling me tomorrow to schedule. In the email it stated that I needed to have a passport to cross the border from San Diego to Tijuana. My mom had the surgery and at the time didn’t have a passport and a friend of mine didn’t have a passport either. I have that on the list to ask about tomorrow. I really wanted to have the surgery in March but the passport thing might delay me. Did anyone have any experience with going without a passport? I am going to Dr Mario Almanza.
  9. Hi! This is my first post. I am getting my surgery date later today for the gastric sleeve. I have a rough idea of the time frame so I was looking at flights. 3 hours away from me and I could save 800 dollars for my mom and I. I have the money for the more expensive flights but do love to save. Will I feel good enough 3 days afterwards to ride in my vehicle for 3 hours? The big airport by me is an hour away so I will be in the car regardless. Thank you in advance!
