I received my band in January 2009 and lost 120lbs.  I had a child in 2014 & 2016.  I had to have most of my fluid removed after my first child and gained about 50lbs since my lowest weight.  I've been working with my doctor to get back on track and changing things up a bit to get back where I was and even beyond.
