Hey guys I'm back with my day 2 post op. Right out of surgery I was out of it I slept the whole day but I did make sure I walked a little and sip on sum water. I haven't had my full liquids yesterday just water but I will start my full liquid diet today at 8 am. There was no pain It was all gas once you let the gas out your good to go. I did experience nausea twice due to the gas pain but nothing too serious. To everyone going for your surgery soon you'll be okay. I received a call from my surgeon's office stating my surgery was pushed back to my original date March 22nd. I was so prepared to have the surgery on the 1st. Hey guy my surgery is on the 22nd and I haven't started my liquid diet yet any words of encouragement. Do you think I can do a liquid diet morning and lunch then do a light dinner like tuna and salad or should I do a straight liquid diet. I think where you go is different. Once I went to my first appointment my doctor gave me my surgery date that same day. I had to see a nutritionist every month My primary doctor for clearance See a phycologist See a pulmonologist for breathing, and do Endoscopy with the surgeon.
