Hi back. where have u been. I have lost 10 lbs the first week. Am still fighting the good fight for fitness. Have my follow up with surgeon tomorrow

Well its all a part of the process. You will be okay I promise, just hang in there! The fill does really help - even though I'm on #8 and about 6cc/10cc I think (not sure doctor won't fess up!) - I think I might be at my sweet spot or very close!
Other than that I need to be reminded what I should eat and what I shouldn't so I'm on my way to my nutrionist appt tonight. She's really gonna have a cow when I tell her what I've been eating! /embarrassed/

I am doing pretty good!! REALLLLL hungry!! So ready to get a fill (March 3rd) and just pray I get some restriction! How are you doing hun??

Glad you are feeling better after your staples were taken out! I have stitches on the inside that dissolve. I go to the doctor Feb 17 for my two weeks post op appt. I only have one bandage still on and I have to say the other 4 scars look great! I am SO ready to start mushies and only a little over 2 weeks until I can get my first fill! YAY!!! How are the rest of you Feb thirders doing? lol

wow...35 lbs! that is so great girl!! I am so ready to get a fill so I can feel some restriction too! I had quite a bit for a few days after surgery but, I guess since my swelling is going down--it is kind of going away! Keep up the great work and keep it touch! xoxo
