I am from New York City. I am an avid reader and aspiring Jeopardy contestant. I love traveling and doing family things. I am one-month post-surgery. And I chose weight loss surgery because I was tired of being sick and tired. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, and for me, that was the last straw. I have hypertension, RA, and was prediabetic. I told myself, I needed to do something drastic to improve my health. My parents are still alive. And my father (who is 77) is healthier than me. So I made an appointment for the Metabolic Disorders program. And the rest is history.
