Does a bad cough cause any damage to the band? I have started getting sick and am prone to bronchitus.

I can eat anything just not as much. I have lost 40 pounds since january. Now maybe if I cut out things and went low carb like a lot of bandsters that 40 would have been 80 but im happy with the 40 and besides I did low carb for 2 years pre band and I know that it isn't a lifelong commitment I can make but reducing portion sizes is a lifelong commitment I can do!

I eat about a cup of food at each meal and am usually satisfied for 3 to 5 hours. I measure it out a lot of times and it looks like a lot and I am just shocked that pre band I would eat 3 or 4 cups at one time.

surgery in january only lost 32 lbs. had to have a complete unfill at one point... I think I only have about 3ccs in my 10cc band now. I havent been losing alot lately and I know why its because I have been binging. I just thought this thing would help with the binging but it hasnt been lately maybe I need a fill I dont know. I mean I dont even know if it would be considered binging. I ate almost an entire frozen pizza it was one of those tostino pizzas so I know its not a huge one but its about hte size of a small pizza from a fast food pizza place. im not feeling full. I had half a can of tuna fish for Breakfast and I dont feel like I even ate anything I dont feel full in the upper part of my stomach and I certainly dont feel anything in the lower part. I am rambling I am sorry. I am just frustrated because it seems lately to be 100 percent me and 0 percent the band and I just want it to be a team if that makes sense.
