I forgot to mention that I thought the meeting was redundant, since I have a nutritionis that I have been seeing for over 8-months who provides me the same information. I did however appreciate hearing from the individuals that have gone through the WLS. I was very surpised the one gentleman standing just has gastric by-pass surgery. Wow! I really thought that the recovery time for that procedure would be longer.
