I started my bariatric surgery journey in late 2022 and am gearing up for gastric bypass sometime in 2023.
I joined to learn about others experiences, especially those with heart disease. I was diagnosed with cardiomyopathy at 37, as a result (doctors believe) of a virus attacking my heart muscle.
