Hey there! I was aloud to start mushy foods this past Monday (start of week 3). Mac and cheese was specifically on my list. It's so funny how different each surgeron is in terms of what we can/can't eat! They also said any noodles if it has a sauce on it (just not plain). I am feeling better energy wise now that I'm on mushy foods and getting more protein!! How are you feeling??
