I am meeting with nutritionist and in a few weeks. My hospital keeps changing dates on me, that is frustrating. My insurance will also pay, thats a good thing. I am mindful eating and cutting back on portion sizes. I have lost 17 lbs and they wanted me to loose 10 so I am happy. Just trying to keep it off and keep the focus. I love my new computer.
