Mine was 8 weeks post-op due to conflicting dates but was originally approved for 6 weeks post-op.

I think the mom had by-pass surgery but I cant remember where I read that.

We voted for Ed too just so Heba wouldnt win. I remember the look on Heba's face when Allison said it was a win by 70%, she thought she had it in the bag!

Its absolutely in my plans. Its kind of like part two of this process for me.

Im 4 months out. Ive had 3 fills, one unfill due to swelling (4cc, 3cc, -1cc, +1cc) so 7cc total. I just found restriction with this last fill but I do feel like I need another small fill to give me a little more restriction. My next appointment is in a little more than a week.

I think they are neat. I think I might get one in the future.

I love the biggest loser! Im so glad we have a new season because some of the contestants last year made me hate the show.

I read today that the daughter from the pink team was arrested and they had to file her weight. Normally they cant talk about how much weight theyve lost.

I use it mostly to track food and exercise but I also like that theres a ton of information to help plus teams you can join. I just joined the Lapband team. And you also can have a sparkpage where you can blog, track your weight and friends can leave comments.

I can feel a tiny bit of restriction at times and other times none at all.

Great idea! I did 57 minutes on wii fit today. 35 minutes of step and a little jogging.

My first fill is scheduled for Feb 4 but Im going to have to reschedule because Im flying out of town the next day. Im hoping to get it sooner.

You may need 4 or more fills before you feel enough restriction to lose weight.

I found that Ive been avoiding the realize site because I dont want to enter in all of the initial info like you. Ive been on spark for over a year and its all set up for me already so Ive been using SP.

Im shocked that you guys are expecting dramatic weight loss imidiately after surgery. The first couple of months post op you're trying to find the right restriction/fill thats right for you. My doctor told me not to be surprised if I gained before my first fill. Right now Im working on will power alone, my band is empty. Everybody needs a different amount of fill in their band so they cant just fill it and send you on your way.. they have to do it gradually.

You shouldnt be calling yourself a faliure when you are ONLY two months out.

My surgeon said 2 weeks post op and I can add salad to my menu.

I wouldnt expect to lose anything in this phase. Its one of those crazy body things that you probably arent eating enough to lose weight. You're not allowed to have Protein drinks in this stage?

Im not on mushys anymore.. chicken, turkey and salads are allowed now.

I dont think the design is bad at all. Not accomodating a higher weight may be a con in the design but it doesnt make it a very very bad design. Sony doesnt make it.

Hello! How are you guys holding up? Im starting to get in some exercise but I dont want to push myself too much. My dad gave my kids a trampoline for Christmas.. Im excited to get on there.

Ive used a couple of different brands and dont like any plain shakes. Ive been using add in flavors to make them tasty.

I didnt know Jillian Michaels had a Wii game. I love her, Im going to check that out.

I really like our Wii Fit. I like it because its more like active games for me but I do really like the step 'games' on the aerobics part.
