going for a little unfil tomorow.. Going to olive garden for b-day dinner. what would you order

no just feeling tight.. I ended up having a little bit of salad.. No bread sticks.. I have two kids they shared a small chesse pizza . so i ordered off the kids menu had grilled chicken pasta which i didnt touch and broccoli I had maybe a 1/4 of the chicken .. Just seems as if i get a few bites and I am dont.. If that how it is for everyone or am i too tight??

today I went to see my doctor.. I was in for a fill a few weeks back. Had tight restriction. But was able to eat. It is getting close to Time of the month.. Seems as if things are tighening more.. I went in he took out 2 cc I believe.. I havent been able to eat well at all for the last few days. Last night was awful..Was up not even being able to swallow my own spit.. Trying to throw up nothing.. My pillow was wet.. Gross... Felt somewhat better today after slight unfill but now burping and chest fullness is coming back.. Could it be I am still swollen from throwing up or more needs to come out.. Yikes.. cant the unconfortbaleness

No I can swallow now. but still cant eat to much just wondering about if I have swelling if that is the reasoning or need more fluid out.. I know no one can say forsure. Just looking curious about others stories.. Can you have swelling for a few days after puking..

Ok i am seeing a pattern when my time is going.. I feel I can barely get anything down.. If i do not much stays there..Am I alone. My family is all worried about my eating and getting sick. But I truly can keep very little time down this time of the month. So today I will just drink so I am not misrable.. I am drinking a protein shake right now. but amazing enough if I dont drink it slowly I am sure this also would be a problem. Only a few days a month. Crazy stuff.. I am not eating any differntly right now than any other time. I spoke with my doc. he said just to eat very slowly. but at these times food really is not ok for me. Just want to know if anyone else has these days __________________

So I had surgery on Oct 13... I have lost 25 lbs so far.. I have had two fills one coming up soon. I really have no restriction as of yet.. I can eat far more than i cup. I would be left very hungry on one cup a meal.. Need some nice kind words.. When do you start to loose and feel restriction

I found the story about winning him at the fair to be funny :smile: But i am with you. I sometimes find home support to be hard. Sometimes I think hubby wants to as I am so no one else would want me. I am doing this for me... Not to leave ... But for me.. I want to be able to play with my kids be healty etc.. but I do agree that sometimes a large weight loss is life changing.. But I feel what is in your future is there regardless..

Feeling a bit tired lately need to take my vitamins everyday. What kind of vitamins is everyone taking. Also do you take anything other than a multi vit ?

yes i had to do two days liquid 2 mushy 2 soft then reg food. But didnt follow t closey didnt feel much restriction. I go again on jan 8. Wow only three days away. Yikes.. didnt realize it. But ready. Not really lossing but I am sure it is due to christmas goodies. Happy with no gain. just slow losse

Nice to hear from you. Yeah I bet you were busy not much healing time. Right around christmas time. I have just had one fill so far. I have another one jan 8. Looking forward to it. Feel as if i could eat the world if given the chance.. But I do notice i do not eat what I would have at one time. This has been a first for me in a long time. no weight gain from halloween to new years.. yeah.. How long till your birthday. I havent lost much at all since my last visit almost a month ago. But I am thinking it is due to the christmas goodies.. Just happy no gain.. are you having any pain at all. I still get lelf shoulder pain if I dont eat slow enough or to big of bites.. A learning experience for sure. need to work more on protein. I am so into carbs. My body just craves the darn things..

Shoulder pain/trapped nerve

Wow lets form a shoulder pain group. I fell so much like you talked about Redhead. I was banded on Oct 13. So not to far out. The minute my eyes opened after surgery I was in pain. I also had a hernia repaired. I am told it is do the the larger hernia they had to repair. Something like c6 and 7 and the nevres shot up and give you the pain. I also use it as a to fast eating or to much. sometimes it gets so bad as pain each breath I take. One day I had gone to Costco with the kids needed to return something. By the time I was checking out I was almost in tears. thankfully I dont live that far away. had to come home take some of the liquid nasty pain meds they gave me. That stuff seems to help. When i was in a week or so ago he said just over the counter pain meds was fine. DIdnt offer to give me anything else.
