  1. I am about 4 months post op. I currently am eating okay but I need to get strict to my diet again. I have about 40 pounds more to lose and my weight loss has stopped. I would like some great ideas for meals that are low cal, low carb, high protein. When I look in the mirror I still feel like I am overweight, I know I have weight to lose on my inner legs and stomach. I would like to lose and get tone as well. The holidays were hard and I was not able to stay on track. Currently I am about 65 pounds down. I have lost a ton of inches. Pants size was 20 and I now wear a size 12. Shirts size was 2x and I now wear a medium. Any tips are helpful. I have been reading a lot of the forums for ideas.

    I am having similar issues. I need to start measuring my foods again and eating better.
