Hi Everyone...I was banded Aug 18 and am still in my first week. This is also my first time on a blog. I lost 10 lbs presurgery and 4 so far this week. Seems like every other day I am experiencing some hunger. I am definitely sick of those sweet protein shakes and have consolidated the protein into one shake to which I am adding lemon juice. I see the doc Monday for the first post-op. Hope he says this is OK.:tongue:

I was surprised to get a message. I am so glad I decided to post. Hey, we have about the same amount to lose! I have tried to stick to 2oz per "dose"...but I have filled up my baby stomach more than that at times...What did you put in the shake to make it good???? ......................................................................................................
