That is what I thought and thanks for the feedback. I am meeting with my Doctor tomorrow so I will ask for clarification.

I had surgery on 12/21 and am one week post op. Overall things are going as expected. I wanted to see if anyone drinks Advocare Spark and if they are using this product post op. Advocare Spark is my only source of energy as I don’t drink coffee and I am really missing it. I understand caffeine is a no-no post op, but if anyone has any real world experience to share I would appreciate it. Thanks.
