Thanks Mike...I haven't tried the baby food idea. I'm assuming that this will get easier as I go forward. Can you tell me the best way to utilize this forum? Is it good to be on at certain times? I am 8 days post banding and a bit at a loss of what to do. I start blended food diet today. Any suggestions for basic, simple things to start with? I had my surgery with Kane Surgical Center in Illinois-Dr. Jonathan Wallace. It went well with some gas but no too bad. Right now I am trying to figure out how to live life from this point on. Any one have some encouragement for a newbie? Where to start, what to read, what to expect? This is the first time I've ever been on a forum or in a chat room. Can you help?
