I had VSG surgery in Mexico in 2016 and had great success with it.  My starting weight was 422 and I got down at one point to 209 but kind of settled in between 210-220 and felt good.  I went from a very tight 28 jeans and 3X everything down to a Large in tops (which looked so small to me) and almost a 12 in pants depending on Brand.  I had a pair of jeans with no stretch that I used as my gage rather than always being on the scale.  If they still fit comfortable I was happy
After Covid I started to slip back into bad eating habits and a very sedentary lifestyle.  Isolation comes easy to me and I slipped into depression and as well started drinking alcohol daily.  Over the past 2 years I've regained over 100 pounds of my lost weight. I decided to explore revision surgery because of the pain in my knees and body in general.  
Quit the drinking and started the process of revision surgery at the end of August!  I'm scheduled for surgery 12/29/2022 and I'm hoping I can get my mind and my body back on track now that I'm getting the support I need.  I joined the group so I don't feel so alone and with support believe we will all be more successful.
