Oh wow. Who did your surgery? And did you adhere strictly to the pre-op diet btw? Tryna to see what happened.

When I was 29 I was 220 at 5’5. I lost 90 lbs and hit my goal weight and had no sagging skin whatsoever. I even developed a 4 pack abs but I also incorporated daily cardio and strength training in my life as well.
