About Me
I have been struggling with losing since I hit puberty. I have always been bigger than my sisters who are twigs. (Different dad different genes).
I have been doing WW for the last 6 years and had tried it before a couple times. This time I took it more seriously and I learned a lot. I also learned how to listen to my body more, how to do portions, things in moderation, and how to alter things to make them healthier.
I found in the last year that I was following plan. I was following to the letter 90% of time. I was sticking to my points and getting blue dots (Healthy eating range). But I also found I would eat the same foods lose 15lbs and then I would gain them back and I didn't change anything. I had a couple convos with my doc and decided I was ready to add the surgery to my tool chest, now that I know how to eat better. I have maintained my weight for a few years, which they claim is the hard part. I feel losing is hard. LOL
