Hi! I just now saw your message.. sorry, the website didn't alert me like it does with PMs. My journey is going okay.. the liquid diet is very, very hard. I've cheated a couple times but with surgery coming up soon I've buckled down and I'm trying to be optimistic (hard to do when you're hungry!). How about you?
