i get the celebrate vitiams and calc they are chewables and taste pretty good, and not too expensive, they have some just for bands as well... only down side is you have to order them off the internet, but it's what my nutrictionist recomended

as for hep c i have no idea... as for smokeing... you ABSOLUTLY have to quit... not only could it do harm to your band, whats the point in fixing your weight but continuing to damage your lungs... This is a life change... If your not willing to quit smoking i wouldn't consider it. But if you are more power to ya, all your going to do is benifit your life in two ways instead of just one! mine is 30 mins before and 30 mins after any sort of meal, snack ect.

Surgery Date is Wednesday

Don't worry, your not the only one, my surgery is thursday, and i'm feeling the same way. Lucky i'm working until the day of my surgery so i have that to keep my mind off the the anxitey! I can't wait to start my new journey, and be happy and healthy. Good luck to you!! -
I mix the Alpine Punch ISOPURE and the Raspberry Lemonade Crystal Light. It gives it a tangy lemonade flavor. I really like it. Oh and i put the crystal light directly into the isopure i don't delute it at all. Hope this helps. I'm still on my pre-op diet, i'll be banded this thursday!! WOOHOO!! Good luck!
